Çocuk Güvenliği Standartları

Global Dijital, çocukların cinsel istismarı ve sömürüsüne (CSAE) karşı sıfır tolerans politikası uygular. Bu sayfa, Google Play Çocuk Güvenliği Standartları Politikası ve Apple App Store kuralları kapsamında beyanlarımızı içerir.

1. Yasak İçerik ve Davranışlar

PadConsole'da aşağıdakiler kesinlikle yasaktır:

• Çocukların cinsel istismarına ilişkin her türlü materyal (CSAM)
• Küçüklerin cinselleştirilmesi veya cinsel içerikli tasviri
• Küçüklere yönelik ağ oluşturma (grooming), taciz, tehdit veya şantaj
• Küçüklerle uygunsuz iletişim kurma veya buluşma girişimi
• Çocuk ticareti veya sömürüsünü kolaylaştıran her tür davranış

2. Ürün Tasarımından Gelen Korumalar

• Serbest metin sohbeti yoktur. Oyunlarımızda kullanıcılar arası açık mesajlaşma bulunmaz; iletişim, oyuna özgü önceden tanımlı girdilerle sınırlıdır.
• Profil veya fotoğraf yüklenmez. İsteğe bağlı PadConsole hesabında yalnız e-posta ve kullanıcı tarafından seçilen görünen ad işlenir; fotoğraf ve konum alınmaz. 13 yaşından küçük kullanıcılar hesap açmamalı, misafir akışını ebeveyn veya vasi gözetiminde kullanmalıdır.
• Yabancılarla eşleşme yoktur. Oturumlar aynı ekranı paylaşan kişiler arasında, ekranda gösterilen oda koduyla kurulur.
• Kullanıcı içeriği yayımlanmaz. Kullanıcıların yükleyip başkalarına gösterebileceği bir içerik alanı yoktur.
• Reklam ve dış bağlantı yoktur. Uygulama içinde üçüncü taraf reklam ağı veya harici içerik akışı bulunmaz.

3. İhbar Kanalı

Çocuk güvenliğini ilgilendiren bir durum fark ederseniz lütfen bize bildirin. Bildirimler öncelikli olarak ele alınır.

4. Yaptırım ve Bildirim

1. Bildirim alındığında ilgili oturum ve hesap kayıtları derhal incelenir.
2. İhlal doğrulanırsa hesap kalıcı olarak kapatılır ve erişim engellenir.
3. CSAE şüphesi bulunan olaylar, yürürlükteki mevzuat uyarınca yetkili makamlara bildirilir. Türkiye'de ihbarlar İhbarweb ve Emniyet Genel Müdürlüğü Siber Suçlarla Mücadele Daire Başkanlığı'na; uluslararası olaylar ilgili ülkedeki muadil merciye iletilir.
4. Delil niteliğindeki kayıtlar, yasal süreç boyunca korunur.

6. Uyum Beyanı

PadConsole; Google Play Çocuk Güvenliği Standartları Politikası'na, Apple App Store Review Guidelines 1.2 ve 5.1 hükümlerine, COPPA ve KVKK'nın çocuklara ilişkin ilkelerine uyum sağlamayı taahhüt eder. Politikamız düzenli olarak gözden geçirilir.

Global Dijital verfolgt eine Nulltoleranzpolitik gegenüber sexuellem Missbrauch und sexueller Ausbeutung von Kindern (CSAE). Diese Seite beschreibt unsere Verpflichtungen nach den Google-Play-Richtlinien zur Kindersicherheit und den Apple-App-Store-Richtlinien.

1. Verbotene Inhalte und Verhaltensweisen

Auf PadConsole sind strikt verboten:

• Jegliches Material über sexuellen Kindesmissbrauch (CSAM)
• Sexualisierung oder sexualisierte Darstellung Minderjähriger
• Grooming, Belästigung, Drohungen oder Erpressung gegenüber Minderjährigen
• Unangemessene Kontaktaufnahme mit Minderjährigen oder Versuche, sie zu treffen
• Verhalten, das Kinderhandel oder Ausbeutung erleichtert

2. Integrierte Schutzmaßnahmen

• Kein Freitext-Chat. Es gibt keine offene Nachrichtenfunktion zwischen Nutzern; Kommunikation ist auf vordefinierte Spieleingaben beschränkt.
• Keine Profil- oder Foto-Uploads. Das optionale Konto verarbeitet nur E-Mail-Adresse und Anzeigenamen, nicht Fotos oder Standort. Unter 13-Jährige dürfen kein Konto erstellen und sollen nur als Gast unter Aufsicht spielen.
• Kein Matchmaking mit Fremden. Sitzungen entstehen zwischen Personen am selben Bildschirm über den dort angezeigten Raumcode.
• Kein Feed mit nutzergenerierten Inhalten. Nutzer können keine für andere sichtbaren Inhalte hochladen.
• Keine Werbung oder externen Inhalte. Die App enthält keine Werbenetzwerke oder externen Inhaltsfeeds.

3. Meldung

4. Durchsetzung und Behördenmeldung

1. Nach Eingang prüfen wir unverzüglich die betreffenden Sitzungs- und Kontodaten.
2. Bei bestätigtem Verstoß wird das Konto dauerhaft geschlossen und der Zugang gesperrt.
3. Verdachtsfälle werden den gesetzlich zuständigen Behörden gemeldet. In Türkiye an İhbarweb und die Cybercrime-Abteilung der türkischen Polizei; internationale Fälle an die zuständige Behörde des jeweiligen Landes.
4. Beweisrelevante Unterlagen werden für die Dauer des Verfahrens aufbewahrt.

6. Einhaltung

PadConsole verpflichtet sich zur Einhaltung der Google Play Child Safety Standards Policy, der Apple App Store Review Guidelines 1.2 und 5.1 sowie der kinderbezogenen Grundsätze von COPPA und des türkischen Gesetzes Nr. 6698. Diese Richtlinie wird regelmäßig überprüft.

Global Dijital enforces a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page sets out our commitments under the Google Play Child Safety Standards Policy and Apple App Store guidelines.

1. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on PadConsole:

• Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Sexualisation or sexualised depiction of minors
• Grooming, harassment, threats or extortion targeting minors
• Inappropriate contact with, or attempts to meet, minors
• Any conduct that facilitates child trafficking or exploitation

2. Protections Built Into the Product

• No free-text chat. Our games have no open user-to-user messaging; communication is limited to predefined, game-specific inputs.
• No profile or photo uploads. The optional PadConsole account processes only an email address and user-chosen display name; it does not collect photos or location. Users under 13 must not create an account and should use guest play only with parent or guardian supervision.
• No matchmaking with strangers. Sessions are formed between people sharing the same screen, using the room code displayed on it.
• No user-generated content feed. There is no surface where users can upload content visible to others.
• No ads or external links. The app contains no third-party ad networks or external content feeds.

4. Enforcement and Reporting

1. On receiving a report we immediately review the relevant session and account records.
2. If a violation is confirmed, the account is permanently closed and access blocked.
3. Suspected CSAE incidents are reported to the competent authorities as required by law. In Türkiye, reports go to İhbarweb and the Cybercrime Department of the Turkish National Police; international incidents are referred to the equivalent authority in the relevant country.
4. Records with evidentiary value are preserved for the duration of legal proceedings.
