3. Kişisel Verilerin İşlenme Amaçları
- Telefon ile ekran cihazının eşleştirilmesi ve oyun oturumunun kurulması
- Çevrim içi oyun ilerlemesinin saklanması ve cihazlar arasında sürdürülmesi
- İsteğe bağlı hesabın oluşturulması, doğrulanması ve cihazlar arasında sürdürülmesi
- Hizmetin sunulması, sürdürülmesi ve teknik sorunların giderilmesi
- Bilgi güvenliğinin sağlanması, hile ve kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi
- Talep ve şikâyetlerin takibi
- Mevzuattan doğan yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi
Kişisel verileriniz pazarlama, profilleme, reklam hedefleme veya otomatik karar verme amacıyla işlenmez.
4. Toplama Yöntemi ve Hukuki Sebebi
Kişisel verileriniz; PadConsole web uygulaması, mobil uygulama ve bunların bağlandığı sunucular aracılığıyla, tamamen veya kısmen otomatik yollarla, elektronik ortamda toplanmaktadır.

5. Kişisel Verilerin Aktarılması
Kişisel verileriniz üçüncü kişilere satılmaz ve pazarlama amacıyla paylaşılmaz. Aktarım yalnızca aşağıdaki hallerde ve KVKK m.8–9 sınırları içinde yapılır:
- Barındırma (hosting) hizmet sağlayıcımız: Sunucularımız Adana / Türkiye konumundadır. Sağlayıcı veri işleyen sıfatıyla hareket eder ve gizlilik taahhüdü altındadır.
- Resend: e-posta giriş kodlarının teslimi için e-posta adresini veri işleyen olarak işler; hizmet yurt dışı aktarım içerebilir ve KVKK m.9 kapsamındaki uygun güvenceler uygulanır.
- Yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşları: Kanunen zorunlu hallerde, talep edilen asgari kapsamda.
Yurt dışına aktarım söz konusu olduğunda KVKK m.9 uyarınca standart sözleşme, taahhütname veya yeterlilik kararı gibi uygun güvencelerden birine dayanılır.
6. Saklama ve İmha
Kişisel verileriniz, işlendikleri amaç için gerekli olan süre boyunca ve ilgili mevzuatta öngörülen asgari süreler kadar saklanır; süre dolduğunda silinir, yok edilir veya anonim hale getirilir.

7. İlgili Kişi Olarak Haklarınız (KVKK m.11)
- Kişisel verinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme
- İşlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme
- İşlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme
- Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme
- Eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme
- KVKK m.7 çerçevesinde silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme
- Düzeltme, silme ve yok etme işlemlerinin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme
- Münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhinize bir sonuç ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme
- Kanuna aykırı işleme sebebiyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme
8. Başvuru Usulü
Taleplerinizi Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ uyarınca aşağıdaki yollardan biriyle iletebilirsiniz:
- E-posta: kvkk@padconsole.com — sistemimizde kayıtlı bir e-posta adresiniz varsa veya kimliğinizi doğrulayabileceğimiz bilgileri eklerseniz
- Yazılı: Kuruçeşme Mah. 203/33 Sk. No: 10, Buca / İzmir adresine ıslak imzalı dilekçe ile
Başvurunuzda ad-soyad, imza (yazılı başvuruda), iletişim bilgisi ve talep konusunun açıkça yer alması gerekir. Başvurular en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandırılır; işlemin ayrıca bir maliyet gerektirmesi hâlinde Kurul tarifesi uygulanır.
9. Şikâyet Hakkı
Başvurunuzun reddedilmesi, yetersiz bulunması veya süresinde yanıtlanmaması hâlinde, öğrenme tarihinden itibaren 30 gün ve her hâlde başvuru tarihinden itibaren 60 gün içinde Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikâyette bulunma hakkınız saklıdır.

4. Erhebung und Rechtsgrundlagen
Daten werden elektronisch und ganz oder teilweise automatisiert über Web-App, mobile App und verbundene Server erhoben.

5. Übermittlungen
Daten werden nie verkauft oder für Marketing geteilt. Übermittlungen nach KVKK Art. 8–9 erfolgen nur an:
- Hosting-Anbieter: Server in Adana/Türkiye; Auftragsverarbeiter mit Vertraulichkeitspflicht.
- Resend: verarbeitet Ziel-E-Mail-Adressen zum Versand von Anmeldecodes; mögliche Auslandsübermittlung mit Garantien nach KVKK Art. 9.
- Zuständige Behörden: bei gesetzlicher Pflicht, auf das verlangte Minimum beschränkt.
Auslandsübermittlungen stützen sich auf eine nach KVKK Art. 9 zulässige Garantie: Standardvertrag, Verpflichtungserklärung oder Angemessenheitsbeschluss.

Der Antrag muss Name, Kontaktdaten und Gegenstand enthalten; schriftliche Anträge zusätzlich eine eigenhändige Unterschrift. Antworten erfolgen kostenlos spätestens innerhalb von 30 Tagen.
9. Beschwerderecht
Wird ein Antrag abgelehnt, unzureichend beantwortet oder nicht fristgerecht beantwortet, können Sie sich innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Kenntnis der Antwort, spätestens aber 60 Tage nach Antragstellung, bei der türkischen Datenschutzbehörde beschweren.

3. Purposes of Processing
- Pairing the phone with the screen device and establishing the game session
- Persisting online game progress across devices
- Creating, verifying and syncing the optional account across devices
- Providing and maintaining the service and resolving technical issues
- Ensuring information security and preventing cheating and abuse
- Handling requests and complaints
- Fulfilling obligations arising from legislation
Your personal data is not processed for marketing, profiling, ad targeting or automated decision-making.
4. Method of Collection and Legal Grounds
Data is collected electronically, wholly or partly by automated means, through the PadConsole web application, the mobile application and the servers they connect to.

5. Transfers
Your data is never sold or shared for marketing. Transfers occur only in the following cases and within the limits of KVKK Art. 8–9:
- Our hosting provider: servers are located in Adana / Türkiye. The provider acts as a processor under a confidentiality commitment.
- Resend: processes the destination email address to deliver sign-in codes. This may involve an international transfer protected by safeguards under KVKK Art. 9.
- Competent public authorities: where legally required, limited to the minimum scope requested.
Any transfer abroad relies on one of the safeguards permitted by KVKK Art. 9 (standard contract, undertaking, or an adequacy decision).
6. Retention and Destruction

- To request erasure or destruction under KVKK Art. 7
- To request that such actions be notified to the third parties concerned
- To object to a result produced solely by automated analysis
- To claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing

Your application must state your name, contact details and the subject of the request (plus a wet signature for written applications). Applications are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
9. Right to Complain
If your application is rejected, found insufficient or not answered in time, you may file a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of learning of the response and in any case within 60 days of the application date.
