Game night without a console

Updated:

To play games with friends on the TV without a console or gamepads you only need one screen and everyone's phone. Open padconsole.com on a computer (connected to the TV via HDMI), a smart-TV browser or a tablet; everyone scans the QR code and their phone becomes the controller. No app to install and phones don't need to be on the same Wi-Fi. There are 27 games: bluffing games like IMPOSTOR, Pad Racer, the Quiz Arena trivia show and more.

Setup checklist

  1. ScreenA laptop on HDMI is smoothest; casting (Chromecast, AirPlay) or a smart-TV browser also work.
  2. SoundTV speakers or a Bluetooth speaker; sound matters in party games.
  3. PhonesCharged phones; the controller opens in the browser.
  4. ConnectionThe screen device needs internet; phones can join on mobile data.
